Day-by-day
Day 1
Tarangire or Lake Manyara National Park
Upon arrival, our guide will pick you up from the airport or your accommodation and transfer you to either Tarangire National Park or Lake Manyara National Park, depending on the season and your preferences. Tarangire is famous for its giant baobab trees, diverse landscapes, and large elephant herds. Lake Manyara is known for its beautiful groundwater forests, tree-climbing lions, flamingos, hippos, and rich birdlife. After an exciting game drive, continue to your lodge or camp for dinner and overnight.
Day 2
Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, depart for the world-renowned Serengeti National Park, enjoying spectacular views of the Ngorongoro Highlands along the way. The Serengeti is famous for its endless plains, abundant wildlife, and the Great Migration. During your game drive, you may encounter lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, hyenas, and numerous antelope species. An optional visit to the historic Olduvai Gorge can be arranged en route. Dinner and overnight in the Serengeti.
Day 3
Serengeti to Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Begin the day with an early morning game drive, one of the best times to witness wildlife activity and enjoy a spectacular Serengeti sunrise. After brunch, continue to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, often referred to as one of Africa's greatest natural wonders. Arrive at your accommodation near the crater rim in time to enjoy beautiful sunset views. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro.
Day 4
Ngorongoro Crater & Return to Arusha
After an early breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for an unforgettable game drive. The crater floor offers some of the best wildlife viewing in Africa and is home to a remarkable variety of animals and bird species, including the rare black rhino. Enjoy a picnic lunch before a final game drive. Later, ascend the crater and return to Arusha, arriving in the late afternoon.
